Three reasons to vote FIELDS on November 7th:
1. Bridge Building: I will work to address Racial Bias and inequality in our schools for both teachers and students. I will ensure that we are building bridges for racial equality and unity because it benefits all of our children.
2. Intentional Initiatives: I will strive to ensure that current initiatives are examined and reevaluated to protect the students' well-being without compromising their academic success. My desire is to solicit the insights of teachers and parents in making decisions that send all students from diverse backgrounds and diverse needs into the world as empowered and healthy young adults.
3. Sustainable Success: I will make great efforts to lessen the burden of the socioeconomic gap felt by students in our district. Ensuring that our growing district remains committed to creating a culture that is inclusive and welcoming of all socioeconomic statuses. I will do my utmost in not allowing socioeconomic status to determine who is successful.
